Furthermore, you can register for exhibitions and other events and naturally we keep you updated on all the latest information about the Citizen cutting world. Registered users also have access to a special feature in our service section. Current machine problems can quickly and directly been sent to our service team via picture or video transmission. You receive direct support by an automated ticket generation. Of course, our hotline team always supports you in this and an additional service assignment on site can easily be booked if needed.
