I think this app genuinely has all I need to just get better overall! I’m a fan of her videos but this is easy to access and it’s just an all in one and overall easier to find a specific tool whenever I need.

I paid for this at launch. That was before Apple's guidance changed and iOS 18 launched. The amount of information this app is asking to both read and write to the Health app is disturbing and I can't even describe it due to App Store moderation policy. Go into your health app. See what it's gawking at. They are data mining you AND charging you for the pleasure. Delete the data and delete the app. Disgusted.
