I too have had the same issues as other posters regarding the inability of the app to connect with the grill and the runaround trying to deal with customer service. I feel like a ping pong ball going between tech support and WiFi/app support. And I’m still waiting for someone from “upper management “ to help me with this issue. So at this point I’ll be giving this grill away as I don’t feel good about selling it to anyone. Think long and hard before doing business with this company! By way of comparison, I have already replaced the GMG Prime Ledge 2.0 with a Weber Searwood 600 and the experience couldn’t be more different. The update was very easy to complete and the grill has worked flawlessly. And, if you call customer service you talk to a real person. GMG could learn so much from Weber. The grills are fantastic, but this app is so bad. Has to reconnect each time I open it, but for some reason it’ll send me a dozen notifications that the grill has reached temp. Certainly needs some help.
