As a yoga teacher and former occupational therapist, I am very impressed by Lesley’s teaching style and her descriptions of how to complete the movements safely and properly. On a yogic level, she leads us to understand that the pose is only part of our journey, to follow the breath and to appreciate every moment. She is a gentle soul with a strong spirit. I was doing the YouTube videos with Leslie for many months before I decided to get my yoga pal. It is truly great not to have the commercials! They app keep track of your progress. You can search for classes depending on whatever you want to work on and how much TIME you have! which in my case has been very important for my compliance since there are classes as short as 10 min.
