Boho Beautiful

I have been using this app for years as a way to get in activity daily at home. The video offerings are incredible and always leave me in an amazing mood. I’ve used the app daily to perform yoga, meditation and Pilates. My life has changed in such a positive way from incorporating these videos into my daily routine. My anxiety has been greatly reduced, my mental health has improved, my physical strength and flexibility have grown tremendously. I would highly recommend.

I have practiced with Boho nearly every day for five years, and I don’t know what my life would look like without their classes. I was drawn to Juliana’s classes on YT because they were filmed outside, and I kept going back because I liked that she always set an intention or mantra, and her perfect form really landed with me as a visual learner with built-in conditioning from childhood gymnastics and ballet. I did Juliana’s classes exclusively in the 1.5 years leading up to my 200 hr YTT, and I went into it with a beginner’s mindset thinking I’d be with yogis who much more seasoned than I. I was one of the freshest students, but better prepared than anyone when it came to form and Sanskrit names for poses. I think this speaks to how authentic the content is. Whenever Boho releases clothes or a new premium program, I buy it to support them because the value I have received from subscribing to the app for almost 5 years far exceeds whatever it has cost. Boho is THE best asana app, without a doubt.

I have used Boho Beautifuls videos and app for the past 5 years for daily workouts and yoga videos. I love how each instructor blends the breath with the body, for a conscious workout.
