Jess does a wonderful job navigating a flow session that is not too fast for beginner and not too slow for intermediate (myself) practitioners. I was hesitant to go through a class due to being too bogged down by the workday slog; however, upon pushing through the first five minutes I was able to recharge and complete a flow. It was a rejuvenating session.
