I’ve tried yoga in the past and couldn’t really get into it until now. I came across Hannah on Instagram and joined her program about a month later because I was ready to dive in. She is fantastic! She has a ton of classes of all different flows and even modifications if you’re just starting out. I even like that she has a little bit of everything added in (weights, meditation, Pilates). She explains everything well and I truly have been using yoga for my mind as well instead of just toning. I love her little poems at the end of each class too. She also has built a community and everyone can share their experiences. If you’re looking for a yoga teacher or online program Hannah is it!

I really enjoy attending Hannah’s classes from home. I’m unable to drive due to some vision problems, but her class lets me do yoga daily from my TV. I love the challenges each month and the messages at the end of the lessons. I am hooked for life!

This is a fantastic app and includes something for every level of yoga and a flow or sequence for every mood. I’m always amazed at how much content is available. I love Hannah’s voice and guidance and the occasional series’ or challenges are a bonus.
