Users like the Ford Credit app for simple payments (autopay), a convenient mileage tracker, and central access to lease documents. However, widespread server/login outages, flaky authentication codes, intrusive cookie prompts, cross-device usability issues (iPad) and payment-date bugs dominate reviews. The app’s reliability and UX need significant improvement to complement its usable features.

Pros

Autopay and in-app payment features are easy to use.
Mileage tracker is convenient and has been improved by updates.
Lease documents are accessible in one place within the app.
Interface is straightforward and quick for basic tasks.

Cons

Persistent server errors and login failures are common.
Authentication/verification codes often fail to arrive or work reliably.
Privacy controls and cookie prompts are hard to opt out of.
App sometimes requires using a browser or is unusable on iPad (cross-device issues).
Payment date handling has bugs (due date defaults to today; some payments occur on the same day).

Recent reviews

This app/service is garbage. Every month you need to log in to pay and cannot setup autopay until the payment for that month is settled. The service constantly forgets your account exists and makes it very difficult to log in to make a payment. Worst experience every time, and then of course, customer service is always busy or suddenly unavailable. So this will be a task that just sits incomplete until I find time to re-engage, hopefully customer service is available when I am. Makes me hate the brand.
