Usually I have trouble trying to make a payment over my total due but now I absolutely am unable to make payment. The confirm button goes from blue to gray. I have the option to pay the amount due but when I switch to “other” or “principal” boxes and attempt to input an amount is when it happens. The app has been great other than the payment hiccups. Would like to avoid making 2 payments if possible.

Chat is useless, takes too long to get a rep and they usually can't help anyway In addition my lease turn in inspection revealed a "scratch " , a $300 charge. Yet even in the highest resolution monitor I cannot see a blemish on vehicle. Rep agreed but unable to revere charge .., Oi
