There are many things that I dislike about the service. I question monthly rather I should or shouldn't pay for the service. I don't like the system glitches in the car (Phone calls sounds like robots-often), I don't like the glitches on the application on my phone (Most times I log in and the system haven't updated the correct milage in my car, and it buffers a lot), and I don't like the fact that you can't process your monthly payment yourself. I may not want to use last months payment, and or I contemplate rather I want to pay for the service or not. I'm really and truly not satisfied with it. It is WAY to expensive to be THIS displeased. Additionally, the map have some errors (aren't online) at times as well. There need to be some MAJOR readjusting because $30-$40 monthly when it shouldn't cost more than $10 is insane.

This new version stinks. I cant tell if anything is happening when I press a button because barely anything happens on the screen. If outside in the sun, forget about it…you wont be able to tell if anything’s happening at all. Stop breaking things that aren’t broke. The last interface was great. Why would you change it to…this?!
