The Ford Money app makes managing your savings with us even easier and more straightforward

The Ford Money mobile app helps you manage your savings on the go and at your convenience.

You can access your accounts, view your balances and review your transactions quickly and securely. In addition, you can also make transfers and withdrawals from easy access products you hold with us. And all with the convenience of using fingerprint or facial recognition to authenticate yourself and your transactions. No more trying to remember your password each time.

What you can do on our app -

• Set up biometrics i.e. fingerprint or facial recognition
• Check your account balances
• See your recent transactions
• View your account details, including interest frequency and account destination
• Withdraw funds from your Ford Money easy access accounts to your Nominated Account.
• Make internal transfers from Ford Money easy access accounts to other Ford Money savings accounts you hold with us (subject to the terms of that product).
• Set up future dated transactions on your Ford Money easy access accounts.
• View future dated transactions you've already set up.
• Delete unprocessed pending future transactions.
• View personal details including name, address and contact details
• Change telephone and email contact details (two-factor verifications required)
• Change marketing preferences
• Reset your password during initial app registration
• Request a reminder of your Customer ID during initial app registration
• Receive in-app notifications

We’ll continue to roll out additional features over the months so that eventually you'll be able to do everything using our app that you can currently do on our website!

How to get started:

1. Download and install the app on your phone.
2. Register for the app using the same credentials as your Ford Money online account.

You will need:

1. An online savings account with Ford Money
2. A compatible iPhone or iPad (iOS 11 and above)

Important information:

• You will need to be an existing Ford Money customer
• You must be aged 16 or over to use the app

Although the app is free to download, your standard data charges will apply if using a mobile network. If you’re having problems downloading the app please email help@fordmoney.co.uk or call us on 0345 266 1231 during office hours.
