Washing machine automatically deducts extra money for additional time until cancellation. This is not ethical. The default should be to the adding but only the main order. The app could not connect to wifi, detect the Room Status, or allow Help within it.

it’s never right once I think it might have been 3 minutes early but usually it’s 5-15 minutes off the actual time, in addition it logged me out of my account and then when I reset my password it still said it was incorrect and I couldn’t make a new account under a different email because my “phone number is already in use” why the heck do I even need an account to check if the washers and dryers are in use, this app is ridiculous
