This is a 3 star app on its best day but you know what? It doesn’t really matter because the only reason you would download it is if you had to. In my building you can use either a preloaded card or this app to do your laundry. Both things supposedly work using the same machines, but the card can’t be added to your account on this app so you’re left helpless in the case of card theft or lost cards. You can get your money back also for some reason when I go to recharge my account using the app it constantly tells me that I’m not connected to the Internet. This company has cost me so much time and money due to these basic simple issues and I’m beyond frustrated.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. They require you to load you account in multiples of $10. But the machines don't cost the right amount unless you spend $30 to even out. They will not refund you anything left in your account if you do not spend it. I reached out to their support and they basically just said they don't offer refunds.
