Bluetooth/QR connectivity to machines is frequently broken, and devices often show offline or incorrect statuses. Payment issues are common: funds can be deducted without credit appearing on the card, and funding is limited to fixed increments with no simple withdrawal. The UX is awkward, with repeated data entry and manual machine selection. In short, reliability, speed, and ease of use are the biggest pain points for most users.

Hard to use, half of the time is trying to “connect” to the point that I have to restart the app. No meaningful improvements in year. Get Claude or ChatGPT to build you a new better app, or at least hire a decent designer please 🙏

If your laundry room has poor cell phone reception, this app is an incredibly painful to use. The process of adding time to your drier in 5-minute increments takes forever. It has taken me up to 10 minutes to set up two drier loads with 30 minutes each. Next time I’ll be going back to using my laundry card if they have fixed the card machine by then.
