I was logged out, for what I don’t know and this stupid undeveloped app won’t let me log back in. I hate it, it’s useless and all apartment communities need to get rid of it. It’s not convenient when it’s always a problem. I actually hate this company and whoever founded it.

I open the app, says I have 5.35 I start one load of laundry for 2.35, says .60. Thinking about screenshotting every load so I can sue when I get to a decent amount that’s been taken.

I have used this system since around January and everything was going well. I didn’t realized it was on auto refill for my account, but oh well….except today I went to use the app and it has no record of my past balance. The app isn’t connecting to any machines , so I deleted and downloaded the app again. Don’t load funds, just use the wall unit to purchase your washer/dryer. I’m in the hole $40 now.
