With this app, you can create a digital log of your activities during a 24-hour HRV (heart rate variability) measurement. This log can then be sent, for example, by email to the therapist or coach who will evaluate the HRV measurement. The interpretation of a 24-hour HRV measurement is significantly improved by a detailed log.

Note This app was developed for use in conjunction with the HRV Scanner software from BioSign GmbH.

It is intended solely for creating an activity log that can be decoded and evaluated by the HRV Scanner software.

Without the HRV Scanner software, the app cannot be used effectively.
