I searched the web. I found this app for pasting the water bill utilities for Springfield TN. The first thing it asks is your city. I input the info and nothing at all happens.

Like others it seems, the idea of the app is great, the execution is awful. The manner in which it saves or doesn’t save information is poor, UI breaks when setting up info for the first time, technically I have autopay setup but I have no idea when it will bill and can’t change it and don’t want to try any harder because the UI is broken.
