【Biometric Authentication Login Service】 Customers may choose to enable the “Biometric Authentication” function to verify their identity through fingerprint authentication or Face ID, with no login ID and password required, for a much more convenient and easier login process.

【eClaims Service】 eClaims service enables customers to submit claims and documents under simplified procedure.

【Application for Claimable Amount Estimation (Applicable to VHIS plan) 】 Prior to receiving medical services, customers may apply for an estimation of their claimable amount via the App for an anticipatory budgeting.

【Reservation of the “Collection Service of Claims Documents” 】 Customers may schedule for the “Collection Service of Claims Documents” and wait for the service team to pick up the documents*, to have the claims handled with ease during their recovery.

【Quick access to policy information】 Customers may access to their policy information, such as policy status, sum insured and coverage details through the “Policy Enquiry Service” on the App.

【MediEasy Outpatient Service】 Enjoy unlimited comprehensive medical services at a discounted price at the designated cooperative medical network of Hong Kong Life and search for network doctors and clinics with ease.
