I’ve been following Meg and using her workouts for over a year and a half. And I love the workouts! They are challenging and motivating. They continue to help me improve and get better each week. I love the different moves that she includes in each workout, you never get bored or tired of the same thing. There are moves I never thought I could do and now I can thanks to Meg. I can do more push ups that I never knew I could. My squat form and strength has improved. What are you waiting for? Just sign up and you’ll love the workouts like I do.

As a busy mom, I need workouts that are effective, realistic, and don’t require me to spend hours at the gym. Wilma Fit has been such a great fit for me because: ✔️ Home workouts that actually challenge me ✔️ Strength-focused training with clear guidance ✔️ Easy to fit into a busy schedule ✔️ Minimal equipment needed ✔️ Makes it simple to stay consistent I’ve felt stronger, more confident, and it’s taken a lot of the guesswork out of what to do each day. If you’re looking for a practical at-home workout program, it’s definitely worth checking out!

This app is truly the best. From beginning to end Meg is in it with you and knows exactly how hard to push you without it seeming overwhelming or impossible. She’s motivational and gives you a little pep talk at the end of each workout that feels so genuine you’ll cry. There’s a lot of other apps out there that have great workouts but choose this because of Meg, she’s the golden ticket here. You won’t regret it, I promise!
