Crank It for Denon & Marantz is an open-source Chrome extension that lets you quickly and precisely control compatible Denon & Marantz receivers. It supports fine-grained volume control (slide anywhere or use presets), input switching, MultiEQ toggling, mute, and management of main and Zone 2, with HEOS-enabled playback including album art when available. The project is open-source and accessible at https://github.com/xaphod/CrankIt.

It targets receivers with an IP address listening on port 23 (roughly 2013+ models). Use at your own risk; you are responsible for all volume levels and settings. For source code and contributions, see the repository linked above.

Recent reviews

Unfortunately, I am unable to connect through my WIFI either by selecting the Marantz SR7011 that it will find or by manually keying in its IP manually. I get an error “Please try again There was a problem issuing the command, please try again.”
