I’ve been trying to get the same issue fixed for over a week. And IT is obviously not reading the tech-support tickets that are being sent. I’ve put in two IT tickets. I’ve called multiple times I’ve even had a customer service representative try to label my tech-support tickets as urgent and that they need to read them all the way through they’re not so at this point I can’t even get into my account to get rid of section on my food stamps and it’s been over a week. I haven’t had access to food for over a week. thank you reading is fundamental and the problem could’ve been fixed. Had you simply read the ticket in the first place but I am out here starving because you guys are too lazy to READ
