This app does not work. I’ve tried reloading it. Nothing works in the app at all.

Despite my notifications being turned on I do not get alerts when I have appointments or messages through the app. Also, I cannot access my documents through the app. I can access these items via email, but I'd like everything to be in one place not e-mail, text message and app. Frontier Direct Care is AMAZING. Their app however is not
