Great app to get started on the kettle bell. It does freeze up sometimes and needs more workouts with the bell. Overall it would be a 5 star with more workouts and not freezing. If it is freezing on you and not playing the video then close it, reopen and hit the “i” in the upper right corner then hit done and it seems to fix it.
