Users value the basic parental controls and the family timer, but Xbox Family Settings on iOS is plagued by frequent bugs, unreliable time tracking and reporting, tedious login verifications, and frustrating fund-adding processes. Reliability issues persist across updates, limiting practical use despite the intended functionality.

Recent reviews

The app consistently reports incorrect time relative to the users actual time spent on the Xbox or using cloud gaming, neither works properly. The number of hours assigned doesn't effectively manage the child. Any information reported is almost always incorrect. There should be removed from the App store until it works properly.

More Microslop. They have the Family Safety and Xbox app and deviced to make another app to manage my children’s parental controls rather than letting the settings house in one of those two existing locations. Better yet, they don’t provide the controls on the website those apps send you to and that site doesn’t point you in the direction of this app. I’m removing the controls at this point because this circular insanity does more harm than good.
