However, recurring issues across reviews include forced upselling and automatic assignment to inexperienced therapists, last-minute cancellations with billing disputes, cross-border payment difficulties, and multiple reliability problems such as connectivity, synchronization, and scheduling errors.

İlk defa kullanan birisi olarak uygulamayı çok başarılı buldum fakat daha sonra seanslar almaya başlayınca malesef işler değişti. Öncelikle standart ücret ödeyerek aldığınız seanslarda sizi yeni mezun tecrübesiz psikologlara otomatik olarak atıyor ve psikoloğununuzu seçemiyorsunuz bile. Tecrübeli ve başarılı psikologlarla görüşmek için sizi Plus üyeliğe yönlendiriyor. Daha fazla para verip Plus Üyeliğe geçtiğimde ise daha ilk görüşmede Psikolog Ezgi Yürük ün araba sürerken benimle görüntülü görüştüğünü fark ettiğimde bir anda bunun komik bir Instagram videosu olduğunu düşündüm. Fakat hiç de komik değildi ve gerçekti. Ön görüşme olduğu için çok dikkate almadım bu saygisizliğı ve devam ettim. Daha sonraki görüşmelerde ise danışmanım haftalık görüşmemizi 3 defa son dakika iptal etti. Burada da ciddi bir amatörlük ve saygısızlıkla karşılaştım. Son olarak bir seansta ben de haftalık görüşmemizi son gün erteledim iptal ettim. Baktım ki ben iptal etsem de benden seans parasını alıyorlarmış. Kural böyleymiş. Bu kadar amatörlük ve saygısızlığın üzerine böyle bir haksızlığı da görünce içerideki paramı da almadan tüm seanslarımı iptal ettim ve programı şu anda telefonumdan da siliyorum. İnsanlara psikolojik destek vermek destek olmak amacıyla kurulan bir platformun bu duruma gelmesi gerçekten çok üzücü.

The app itself works great and I was matched with a wonderful therapist who significantly increased the quality of my life and gave me a fresh perspective on things. Highly recommend!
