Unlike in the description with pictures I do not see at all where to connect with a professional through video or text. There are no options listed for that in the app or webpage. I have the premium version and the latest app version. Neither of those are the issue… please fix!!

It’s been almost a month and I’m still waiting to be connected with a therapist. Messages in app are hard to find. My plan keeps being put on hold out of nowhere. It took 2 weeks to be connected to a therapist only for her to tell me she can’t help because she doesn’t treat in my state and I’ll be passed to customer service. Customer service seems to be overseas, there’s a large time delay, I don’t feel my messages are understood as I get same questions asked. Still waiting to be connected to a therapist. So far entire experience has been about a month and I still haven’t been able to utilize my plan. Feels like this service is completely fraudulent. Wanted to love the idea of this service but it’s going on a month and still haven’t been seen.
