2022-08-06	ja*****	The app has not been working on the new iPhone and we have sent at least 10 emails to purechat and they have not been able to solve the issue. We are loosing an average of a chat every 15-20 minutes, wasting a possible sale.

I have tried contacting numerous times on the website, on the app, and as a last resort I messaged them on Facebook messenger. The messenger shows they read the message but didn’t take the time to respond. This company has shown ZERO customer service or accountability for support. I also find it ironic that the chat service on their own service is not attended to, and is unresponsive when I leave a message 👎🤣 Way to represent the use of chat services. Finding another provider immediately.
