The app is absolutely useless! i attempted to work on the go, got in the system, everything shows up fine and I can communicate with other employees, however as soon as I get a chat transfer to me, the system just closes, and I cannot log in for few minutes. Never got to a user chat. Useless.

1) crashes frequently 2) can not run minimized 3) no notifications due to (2). Bottom line is this software is stupid. Who is going to always run it on screen on mobile device. Of course u need to monimize it. Once minimized it dies. Waste of time and effort. If you guys wanted to write a software for iphone and came up with this, you should better not offer iOS app at all. Miserable app, not only the engine but the UI too - ugly looking useless app.
