Liked this app before, however, they send you a “write us a review for a $20 amazon gift card” email and do not follow through at all. You have to make an account on an external site and write them a fairly detailed review only to never hear back about said gift card. Unprofessional.

I hate that I can no longer do a CSV download to connect or follow up. I never receive the emails with the info and it has greatly impacted the main reason I liked Popl
