Just like it says on the tin. The app has never worked despite my device meeting specs. Beware if you ever need support, this has been the worst customer service experience of my life. They are completely incapable of responding in any reasonable timeframe.

After the price increased last fall I did not see value and canceled my subscription. My cancellation request was not honored / processed and I was bill $180 for an annual subscription 2 months later. Customer service has been difficult to reach to resolve the issue. The app was previously good but kept increasing the price without adding additional value .

Why does this app not sync with Fitbit but the original does? The original seems to try and push you to this when you go to do a workout.
