However, the most persistent issues are reliability and compatibility: frequent crashes and freezes; video playback problems; trouble connecting to trainers and sensors after updates; and billing/support frustrations. Additional concerns include limited scheduling flexibility and content gaps (some workouts inaccessible) and diversity representation. The app can deliver a strong training experience for some, but recurring bugs and support problems impede broad satisfaction.

Just like it says on the tin. The app has never worked despite my device meeting specs. Beware if you ever need support, this has been the worst customer service experience of my life. They are completely incapable of responding in any reasonable timeframe.

After the price increased last fall I did not see value and canceled my subscription. My cancellation request was not honored / processed and I was bill $180 for an annual subscription 2 months later. Customer service has been difficult to reach to resolve the issue. The app was previously good but kept increasing the price without adding additional value .
