Really enjoy the workouts and the mom-related motivation. I feel like I’m setting myself up for success with this app alone. Really need to have more thoughtful formatting. There are several programs and it’s not clear to new users where to begin, which program is right for you. There should be an intro video that gives an overview of the app. Also, they no longer offer support groups, no new videos and they haven’t responded to my messages within the app.

I absolutely love this fitness app for pregnancy! I really wish I would’ve used it for my first two pregnancies. It’s so motivating and the workouts are great!

This resource is perfection! As a mom expecting our 12th who has never been a consistent exerciser, this app has been a huge blessing the last 3 months in helping me stay committed to working out 3x a week! I’m getting stronger and feel so good at this point in pregnancy! The emphasis on safe exercise is KEY! A true gem!
