Please avoid at all costs!!! This place is inept and fraudulent! They refuse to let you speak with managers and lie! Lie! Lie! On the phone with you! I’ve spent countless hours trying to resolve a personal ID issue that won’t let me proceed with checkout and has my purchasing power reduced and then was told numerous conflicting things to do. I uploaded ID to have a middle name added to my OnePay account and Klarna account (per reps) and effectively had my purchasing power reduced from 1500 to 500 with no purchase made. Had complaint created by a manager who agreed that the change should not reduce my purchasing power and that it would be restored in 24-72 hours and then got an email 72 hours later with generic information about factors affecting purchasing power and how they have no control over it. A rep on the phone claimed purchasing power is never guaranteed so you can’t even rely on it in the process of checking out is what I ascertained. I do r know what this company is doing with your personal information once you upload IDs and do selfies but it feels extremely fraudulent. They need to be investigated ASAP.
