It's horrible to have to be calling customer service because the separate card doesn't work. They charge you for taking out your own money in each transfer so you buy at a McDonald's, literally one works to take away more money, the application doesn't even reflect how much I charge it's horrible, if you're thinking of switching to this bank nooooo do it, it's horrible

Ever since I downloaded the app, it hasn’t let me log into my account. It just says there’s a problem and that if I want to check anything, I have to call a phone number. So every time I want to see how much money I have, I have to call, give them my card number, and enter my PIN. Also, I’ve tried to pay for some things, and it says there’s a problem or that the transaction couldn’t be completed, even though my card has enough money to cover the purchase.
