Cannot get app to register. Says QR code not valid. Tried to manually add. Wants a Device SN (different from the SN). Cannot locate it. Awful.

This has got to be the winner of the worst app ever!! Nothing, and I mean nothing has ever worked since day one of water heater installation. At least the A. O. Smith app performed as expected. Obviously if you need to know what’s going on with your water heater, like if you have a leak, or any other diagnostic notification you’re SOL with this garbage.
