App never works. when you get an error message it has a support number that is not a valid number! Works about as good as the AO Smith water heater I bought.

I have tried numerous times to connect to my water heater. Each time I get an “Unknown Error” message with a customer support number. When I call the customer support number, I receive an error message stating that the call cannot be connected and I am instructed to check the number and try again.
