EzyTickets mobile app developed for technician/employees where they can login & see assigned ticket list Technician can edit ticket & they will have option add service items and there hours also if they used any inventory item for that job. Technician can take customers signature and ratings in the app itself. when they are going to submit ticket with job done details admin/account persons can see admin dashboard (Ezybooks web application) after they can convert ticket to invoice through ezybooks web application.
