A customised sales and service mobile application. The service side of app provides 2 user roles Maintenance supervisor and service technician.

Maintenance superviser :

• Can create and update ticket for the customer,
• Assign engineer to ticket,
• manage all the ticket and engineer.

Service technician :

• complete the ticket,
• fill the service report and submit,
• A pdf report will be generated after submitting.

Both roles can view the already completed ticket details and the service report in pdf format.
