SMART TRAINING system has become a recognizable brand and one of the leaders in this region for healthy training, improving health, fitness and athletic performance. Over the past couple of years, the fitness industry has changed, so the strategy to achieve success and develop our center was focused on the search for knowledge, new skills and methods in training. Our programs are based on leading expert's approach on a healthy way of training and improving athletic performances, prevention and rehabilitation of injuries in the USA and Europe. We primarily refer to Mike Boyle (MBSC), Mark Verstegen (EXOS), because we are their official representatives and the educational base for this part of Europe, as well as Gray Cook's (FMS) system, which highly affected our view of training in general. The wish to constantly progress, learn and introduce novelty in training practices is recognized by all our members who trust us. The results we achieve in numerous fields, from working with recreationists, the young and the top athletes confirm our philosophy all the success of our programs. Our experience and gained knowledge are incorporated into the training method simply named: SMART TRAINING.
