We want to empower you through knowledge so that you can make informed choices about your health. We aim to give you all the tools you need so that even without us as your coaches, your journey can continue.

Our coaching goes beyond training and nutrition programmes; we also offer blood work analysis so that we can get to the root cause of any health issues. This way we can truly optimise your health through training, nutrition, lifestyle and supplementation.

Leon is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist and Corrective Exercise Specialist. He has competed in several International Bodybuilding competitions and loves learning about Biomechanics and how the human body moves. He also offers in-person training sessions.

Clea is a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Precision Nutrition Certified and a Certified Pre and Post Natal Coach. She loves learning all things hormones and empowering women to work with their bodies.
