I am not a runner and this app is turning me into one! It’s hard to run but the way this program eases you into it has made this achievable! I’m 57 and I’m on week 5, run 2 and it’s getting easier and easier. Hard to believe it’s getting easier but it makes sense when you are eased into a program and not jumping right in to running and suffering from injuries. I have bad knees and this program works great for me and my knees! Thank you None 2 Run Team!!!!
