2026-07-14	Du*****	The subscription service often doesn’t do what you are paying for. The handheld monitor stopped working and now can only view through the app, so it’s not useful for family or babysitters, only me. It’s hard to connect to wifi network, and the glowing red light to indicate it’s on is so bright when lights are off, we had to use black electrical tape to hide it. Would never recommend device.

Or even change data collecting options in the app. Understand that this means they are collecting whatever they want, without allowing you to opt out. So they have a whole live feed of your child and you’ve been secretly allowing it to happen and they’re sharing it with whoever they want. But ‘trust them, it’s protected.’ If they make it impossible for you to opt out are they looking for your best interest really? I’m angry I’ve used this for the past four years..

2026-05-08	Te*****	Camera live view and recordings only works if you pay for their membership. Any time you try to view with no membership it shows theirs a connection error. Once I pay for a membership all of a sudden the connection is fine but it still doesn’t do proper motion detection

2026-04-29	He*****	I have to delete and reinstall the app every week because the app will stop working. This has happened with multiple phones. Just now it told me my son’s room was 71, we woke up screaming, crying and sweating. I deleted and reinstall the app. It now says it’s 83 in his. This is extremely unsafe.

2026-03-06	Gn*****	We had their previous app for the longest time. It worked wonderfully, all the time, from anywhere, never once had an issue! Then they roll out this one… and forced users to switch… it works maybe, MAYBE, 5% of the time, if that. The live feed almost never works, the motion captures do not load… if I went over what all did not work in this app I would be here forever. Stay away.
