Works well minus a few connectivity issues

I bought this camera because it supposedly had good reviews, but it turned out to be the worst purchase I could have possibly made. The monitor's battery lasts absolutely no time at all; if the unit is turned on and I plug it in to charge at the same time, it shuts off—it's horrible. Sometimes I can't view the live video feed from my phone, and it prompts me to restart the camera. Seriously, this is the worst product in the world; do not buy it. And don't even get me started on the fact that I have a subscription to view the feed on more than two phones, yet it *still* doesn't work. I am absolutely furious with this company; I think either I received a defective unit, or they simply have the worst quality control for their cameras and monitors.
