The app can’t see the device anymore, and the light is only one month old. Now, $2,000 worth of tank plants are going to melt because I decided to buy a Chihiros. The app is a disaster, and without it, this light is trash. I regret moving from the ONF Flat One. Such a waste of money!

Constant glitches, errors, and impossible to remove in-app alerts. Lost tanks temporarily and was unable to access them when doing maintenance. Minimum effort, which is a shame due to the way the lights make the fauna/flora in the tank look. Updating now as I didn’t remember to say that the light will just randomly forget the schedule and will sometimes require you to open the menu, magically course correcting. Chihiros support will not really help with any recurring issue, either.
