I click on the subscription choice and the video of handing cards off comes up and doesn’t end. Not worth the wait. fix it??

Ive been using Bridge Ace for several years and continue to subscribe yearly. That’s because it is a well designed app with various options for game types and i can play alone or with others. I like that real people work there and are promptly helpful. It also has huge amounts of bidding and play info tucked away.
