Cons

Frequent server errors and downtime disrupt play and slow performance.
Subscription is expensive with billing/cancellation issues (difficulty canceling or renewing).
Bidding explanations and 'alerts' are unclear or inconsistent, making it hard for beginners to know what a bid means.
UI can be cluttered or not intuitive on iPhone, with too much detail and extra clicks.
AI/bot play and post-play analysis are often inaccurate or unhelpful, reducing overall usefulness.

Recent reviews

When playing an actual game of bridge if you are guaranteed to make a contract you make the contract and extra tricks are a bonus. The scoring with this game penalizes those that make the guaranteed contract by not finessing when it’s unnecessary to make the contract. Membership is expensive and the on top of that you have to buy diamonds to compete in other tournaments. The cost of the membership alone should cover all benefits.
