User Reviews
Pros
- Basic bike data tracking (e.g., mileage) is available.
- When pairing works, Bluetooth connectivity between the phone, headset, and bike is solid and direct.
- GPX route import and saving capabilities are a valuable feature.
- On-screen navigation/turn-by-turn is helpful when it functions correctly.
Cons
- Bluetooth pairing is extremely unreliable and often requires many attempts or fails entirely.
- Navigation and maps are broken or inaccurate, with wrong directions, poor syncing, or non-functionality.
- Audio quality for calls and music through the bike is poor, with skips and dropouts.
Recent reviews
I’ve used this app for navigation since I bought my Triumph Tiger 900 GT Pro in 2022. It has generally worked well, although it has a number of annoyances and things that could be improved a lot (as mentioned in many other reviews). I won’t go into those here, but I want to point out what seems to be a major bug. (And it seems to be new, introduced sometime within the last two years.)
The app needs an internet connection to create a route, but once programmed in, it does not need an internet connection to navigate. When stopping the bike to get gas or whatever, the app connects back up to the bike and navigation resumes within a minute or so. That is all just fine.
But the behavior that has changed is that it now requires an internet connection to resume the route after stopping and restarting the bike. This is HORRIBLE behavior! When on a backcountry route with no internet connectivity, if you stop the bike for any reason, you are left with no navigation until you find someplace where you can connect to the internet. (The GPS tray on the bike’s display screen just says “No Destination”.) WHY DOES THE APP NEED AN INTERNET CONNECTION TO RESUME A ROUTE THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN PROGRAMMED IN???
I believe this behavior is new. I used the app on a 5,000 mile trip in a lot of remote areas two years ago, and I don’t remember this ever happening. On a 1,500 mile trip I just returned from, I ran into this problem constantly! I would give this app a 4-star rating, but because of this problem I’m only giving it 2 stars. (And that’s being generous.)
Developers, please respond to this and tell me why an internet connection is required to resume a route. (Better yet, fix the problem!)

I can’t even log in after registering. Every time I submit the login form I get a message that says “registration done, please login.”
