Tangelo is a Chrome extension that makes it easy to access affordable, doctor-approved food prescriptions tailored to your health. Once you’re approved, your prescription is activated and you can choose from healthy foods prescribed just for you.

The prescription process asks a few questions about how you eat, identifies nutrient gaps, and creates a customized plan for foods to eat more or less of. We work with your health plan to cover costs where available, offer a self-pay option with nutrition incentives and SNAP-EBT, and arrange doorstep delivery of physician-approved meals. You’ll receive periodic progress checks, and as your health improves, you’ll be represcribed to extend coverage and access additional benefits.

Recent reviews

While the app allows for edits and skipped available based on what was prescribed for every individual, it never lets for you. My fridge is stacked with veggies on the verge of going bad, rice, canned beans, oinions, potatoes because that's all they have been sending. Too much to keep up with. You can’t get in touch with support by phone thru never answer and when you leave message they don’t respond back to you. Horrible experience.
