When asked to cancel an order, they would not stop following the customer retention script. It was quite frustrating. They didn't cancel the order. Food gets a C at best and D- at worse. They are especially bad at chicken breastmeat.

This is the worst food delivery company in San Diego. Always wrong type food. Deliveries were consistently wrong and since Christmas I have not received one delivery. Like nobody came back from Christmas break. It has been 30 days since I have received anything. Totally unacceptable. And they say they are sending delivery out and now 4 days later still have not received my Jan. 9th delivery. Really?
