The health score included in the app is a scientifically calculated index of 1 (low) to 1,000 (high) and is based on who you are (body), how you feel (mental & emotional state) and how you live (lifestyle). When monitored systematically, it can be a useful indicator of how your health evolves and help you adopt a healthier lifestyle. Through My Health IQ you can monitor your exercise, diet, stress levels and sleep by automatically entering data from the tracking device you wear daily. You can also participate in group activities, create your own social network or mission and set your individual goals to improve your health and daily life. Your personal coach will provide you with guidance on how to achieve your goals as well as useful tips helping you adopt daily practices for better health.
