MyHealthCounts is a digital health and wellbeing tool that can help you achieve a greater understanding of your health and how your lifestyle choices impact it.

Powered by Road to Health Group (an independent third party provider), MyHealthCounts provides access to a series of question sets about your current health and lifestyle to determine your health risk assessment ‘Q scores’. The higher your Q scores for each assessment, the lower your associated health risks. Based on the information you submit, the tool highlights lifestyle areas that you might want to address, as well as providing access to features offering guidance, support and motivation to making changes.

Everyone over 18 at the start of their Aviva Health Insurance policy year who participates in MyHealthCounts could earn a discount on their renewal premium contribution. Here is how it works:

• Register or login via the app • Your MyHealthCounts dashboard will explain the next steps required to help you understand more about your current health, the lifestyle choices that impact it, what you need to do next and when you need to do it to be eligible to qualify for a potential discount on your renewal premium. • When you complete actions set out on your dashboard, the data you input will be used to calculate whether you are eligible for a discount on your renewal premium contribution. • Take advantage of the 12 week programme feature to help you address key lifestyle areas and make progress towards goals you set.

NOTE: Access to MyHealthCounts is by invitation only for Aviva Health policy members. The service is available to everyone who is over the age of 18 at the start of their Aviva Health policy year. Terms & Conditions in-app must be accepted to at registration.

MyHealthCounts is available to residents of Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
