This app can only be accessed through an invitation from your health care provider at this time. Your health care provider who will assist support you in the monitoring and management of your health and wellbeing using this app.

In your MyHealthAccess app, you can easily access tasks scheduled for you by your care team, connect with your provider on video call, monitor your own vitals and readings as often you like, and access your results and health data at your convenience.
